The home is located around the corner from Village Roadshow Studios Gold Coast, which was previously used to shoot blockbusters Aquaman and Thor Ragnarok.

Amir Prestige real estate agent Colleen Brunt claims the property is ‘one of the best anchorage properties that we’ve come across with 360 degree views’.

‘We’ve had quite substantial interest. It’s going to be very interesting to see, at auction, where we end up,’ she added.

Love Island Australia producers are looking for a Gold Coast based property for its third series after filming internationally for the previous two seasons.

The first season was shot at a villa in Mallorca, Spain – to mimic its UK counterpart.

The second season location was changed to Fiji, so filming could be closer to Australia and cast members could be added at short notice.
