'Works a treat!' Use simple 68p hack to remove rust from stainless steel – 'works wonders'

Carole Liasi had an alternative method using a cheap household product. She said: “I used cola – it worked quite well.”

Judy Baron advised: “There is a product called Whink or maybe Wink. It’s for rust removal. Works great.”

Sandra Milano wrote: “I used Pink Paste on a sponge, but a toothbrush to get in those tight spots. Then rinsed and buffed up with a soft cloth. Came up beautifully. Try to wipe dry after showering now.”

Kathy Marks recommended baby wipes, adding: “On my radiator I only use them.”
