Vanessa Bryant took to Instagram Monday with a series of pictures as she observed Memorial Day with her daughters as they visited the San Diego Zoo Safari Park.

Vanessa, 39, shared pictures of her day at the Southern California amusement park with daughters Natalia, 18, Bianka, four, and Capri, one, which comes more than 16 months after the tragic January 2020 helicopter crash in which her husband Kobe Bryant, 41, and daughter Gigi, 13, died with seven others.

She posted images of a number of the animal exhibits at the zoo, including an exotic bird, a giraffe, a gorilla, a tiger and a rhinoceros.

On the outing, Vanessa donned an all-black ensemble of a top and jeans while Natalia wore a blue T-shirt with denim shorts.

Bianka wore a white top, while Capri wore a black top and pants.

The fun day came to cap off a weekend in which the family enjoyed an excursion south of their Orange County, California home base, also visiting SeaWorld San Diego.

Vanessa spoke to People this past March about moving forward less than two years after her husband and daughter perished in the crash in Calabasas, California along with pilot Ara Zobayan, 50, Alyssa Altobelli, 14, Keri Altobelli, 46, John Altobelli, 56, Payton Chester, 13, Sarah Chester, 46, and Christina Mauser, 38.

‘This pain is unimaginable [but] you just have to get up and push forward,’ she told the outlet. ‘Lying in bed crying isn’t going to change the fact that my family will never be the same again.

‘But getting out of bed and pushing forward is going to make the day better for my girls and for me. So that’s what I do.’
