The TV presenter, 53, unveiled her new Helix ear stud on social media which was surrounded by a dry pool of blood as she quipped: ‘Turns out I’m a bit of a bleeder’.
Ulrika, who already has two ear lobe piercings, credited her piercing lady in Thatcham as she penned: ‘Sneaky piercing today @ravepiercings.’

She went on to reveal her ‘Mother Of Bullies’ tattoo on her shoulder above her dog Dexter’s pawprint, who passed away when he was only four-years-old.
‘Also, a long overdue one by @littlelourose,’ Ulrika penned alongside the snap.
The TV personality also decided to fill out a broken heart on her ring finger, transforming it into a full heart tattoo, and she typed: ‘… and a repair of my broken heart… @littlelourose.’
It comes after Ulrika said on Friday that she wishes she had spoken out and worked with domestic abuse charities after she was assaulted by ex Stan Collymore.

The TV presenter also candidly revealed that when she was ‘thrown to the floor’ of a Scottish pub in Paris in 1998 and kicked in the back of the head it was ‘the third time in her life a man had raised his hand’ to her.
Writing in her column for The Sun, the star explained that she had been reflecting on her own experiences after being ‘deeply shaken’ by Mel B’s moving performance in a recent Women’s Aid video.
Ulrika said: ‘By the time I was thrown to the floor 23 years ago, I’m ashamed to say it was the third time in my life a man had raised his hand to me.’
She explained that the first time she was hit happened when she was only 19-years-old, after a boyfriend accused her of ‘flirting’ with his pals.

The star continued that it wasn’t the violence that ‘damaged her the most’, adding: ‘Bruises and broken bones heal. It’s the psychological damage that endures.’
Ulrika also wrote that it’s ‘never as simple’ as walking away after a violent act as the outburst often comes after a build-up of other things, saying that ‘coercion’ wasn’t spoken about 23-years-ago.
She added that she never understood relationship behaviours, such as being isolated from pals, was turning her from a confident person into a ‘nervous, paranoid wreck’.
And reflecting on her decision not to speak out and work with charities at the time, Ulrika wrote: ‘I regret that now… I wish I had drawn attention to the fact that abuse comes in so many forms and not just the physical punishment.’

Ulrika also detailed how she believes that she ‘would not be writing this today’ if there hadn’t been a camera crew present in the bar at the time of her attack.
The Swedish star was hit and kicked in the head by her then boyfriend during a vicious assault in a Paris bar in 1998.
The former couple had been together 18 months when footballer Collymore said he was taunted by hundreds of Scottish fans as he went into a bar during the 1998 World Cup in France.
When he got in, he saw Ulrika wearing a Scotland shirt, pulling pints behind the bar and warned her anyone could jump over the bar at her.
After flying into a rage he dragged her to floor and kicked her three times in the head before he was dragged away. Ulrika has previously said the ‘malicious bully’ then went back to their hotel room and sliced up her clothes and belongings.
Ulrika’s comments comes after Spice Girl Mel B appeared in a Women’s Aid video beaten and covered in fake bruises as she attempted to flee a violent partner.
In the clip, she can be seen wearing makeup to mimic a bloodied face and bruises as she is dragged across the room and beaten by her partner.
While the video shows that the couple’s relationship is the picture of happiness to those around them, behind closed doors she is left terrified by her partner’s violent behaviour.
The clip ends with a bloodied Mel dramatically fleeing her house after her partner leaves, desperate to escape his abusive behaviour.
