Addison Rae has candidly revealed that she’s ‘experienced a lot of body shaming’ from trolls online.
The TikTok star, 20, discussed how she copes with cruel comments, explaining that she doesn’t go online daily and has set up ‘boundaries’ to maintain her own space.
While elsewhere in her interview with Rollacoaster Magazine, Addison gushed over her pal Kourtney Kardashian, 42, who has helped ‘navigate’ her through fame.

Reflecting on the darker side of the internet, Addison said: ‘I do experience a lot of body shaming, and some say I don’t deserve my success.
‘So, I have to regularly remind myself to be myself, no matter what, and that I’m unique and healthiest by being me.
‘Also, I remind myself to be graceful towards people and understand everyone’s having their own battles, and we don’t know what they’re going through.’

Addison then detailed how she doesn’t go online daily and said has now ‘set up boundaries’ to maintain her own space, getting into meditating.
The star added: ‘I’ve learned to keep my own space, to set boundaries and keep them. I see a therapist now who gives me a safe place where I can be unfiltered without any walls up and process things.
‘I eat healthy foods, but I’m not hyper restrictive. I try to stay in shape, take walks in nature and do what I can to feel healthy without being too hard on myself.
‘Of course, my connections with friends and family are everything, and now that I live in LA, I enjoy time at the beach a lot too.’

When not impressing fans with her TikTok videos, Addison has been working on music, having recently released song Obsessed, and acting in film He’s All That.
The upcoming movie is a follow up to the 1999 hit film She’s All That and also stars her new friend Kourtney Kardashian.
The stars first met in 2020 after YouTuber David Dobrik invited Addison to surprise Kourtney’s son Mason Disick who is a huge fan of hers.
Gushing about their friendship, Addison said: ‘Kourtney has become a good friend, she’s included me in so much and has given me great support in navigating through some of the new experiences I’m having.’

Addison’s interview with the magazine comes as she revealed that she wants to be married next year.
Appearing on Hailey Bieber’s YouTube series Who’s in My Bathroom? and asked where she sees herself in 10 years, Addison said: ‘[I hope to star in] many more films to come, after He’s All That is released.
‘I do love love. I’m a hopeless romantic, so I hopefully will be married, yeah, Hopefully I’ll be married like next year.’
Addison admitted dating in the public eye is difficult and she’s learned a lot from her relationship with former boyfriend Bryce Hall about her personal life being open for scrutiny and doing her best to protect it.

She said: ‘I never really made it a point to share, you know, details about anything.
‘And I think it’s kind of, part of it is like just me and, you know, Bryce for example, so many people’s eyes were on us out of nowhere.
‘It was hard to adjust to the thought of people being interested in that, or like seeing it and reacting to it more than usual, people being concerned about your relationship stuff.

‘I think the lesson I learned from it is just keep your circle small, and keep your fights private, keep you know, intimate things private, and respect each other.’
Addison will likely be taking love inspiration from friend Kourtney Kardashian as she recently admitted she’s ‘obsessed’ with her pal’s new romance with Travis Barker.
She gushed: ‘I’m obsessed. I’m obsessed. I love Kourtney and I love Travis, they’re both amazing people and I wish them the best, they’re so cute.’
