The Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond comes face to face with the actor parodying her on Tik Tok

The Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond has come face to face with the actor who parodies her on Tik Tok.

Remy Germinario, a New York based actor who impersonates Ree and other Food Network personalities on the app, met the beloved chef at her sprawling Oklahoma ranch. 

Calling his impersonations ‘spot-on’, Ree, 52, said she got in touch with Remy after getting a kick watching his many videos online with her son Todd Drummond.

‘I have a fun story. There’s a cute fella on TikTok named Remy. He’s a musical actor and comedian who lives in NYC, and I found him because he does parodies (out of love of course!) of Food Network hosts on TikTok,’ Ree posted to her Instagram account on Wednesday. 

‘I would watch his PW parodies with Todd and we’d crack up together because they are so spot-on in many cases. Remy and I wound up communicating, and long story short, he took a road trip last week, stopped in Pawhuska, and we got to meet!

‘We had a nice visit, talked about our favorite Broadway shows, and shared our hopes and dreams in life. And then we realized one of those hopes and dreams…by making a video together.

‘Swipe forward to see, and when I tell you this was the tenth take because acting is not my God-given gift…well, anyway. Hope you enjoyed this story, hope you enjoy our video, and hope you will follow @remygerminari on Insta or TikTok! He’s a sweetheart.’

What’s cooking? The video started with Remy whipping up something special in the kitchen 

The slideshow contained a photo of Ree posing with Remy, dressed in his Pioneer Woman character, as they posed on the deck of her home in Oklahoma.

The post also contained video the duo shot at her home, which begins with Remy cooking up something special in the kitchen before coming face to face with the real Pioneer Woman.

‘I’m Ree Drummond, Pioneer Woman, and I’m an accidental country girl,’  Remy says.

‘Excuse me!?’ Ree then walked into the room, interrupting Remy’s impersonation 

‘Ladd!’ Ree shouted, spurring Remy to grab his baking supplies and dash out of the agency 

Then, Ree walks into the kitchen: ‘Excuse me!? I’m Ree Drummond, the Pioneer Woman, an accidental country girl!’

‘Oh! This is awkward!’ Remy replied. 

‘You’re darn tootin it’s awkward! Ladd!’ Ree continued, spurring Remy to grab his baking supplies and dash out of the kitchen.

The video ends with the two standing on her porch, saying in unison, ‘Welcome to our frontier!’
