Whitney Port often hides her figure in sweat outfits as she runs errands near her home in Venice Beach, California. But the Hills veteran proved this weekend she has an incredible body underneath all that fabric.

The beauty, 36, showed off her impressive abs while in a bikini during a beach break with her husband of two years Tim Rosenman and child Sonny.

The family was in Miami for fun. ‘Are we moving to Miami?’ she asked in one of her captions.

The suit was red with a pattern and it had layers to it with briefs that included frills on the trim and ties on the sides. She also wore several necklaces and had on sunglasses with her blonde hair down.

Sonny was buried neck down in sand as he made a funny face.

Earlier the star showed off her tummy while doing yoga.

‘This is my accountability post to pay attention to my thoughts this week. I will try to forgive myself when I stumble upon my own mistakes and I will make note when I feel ambivalent about something ask myself why? More importantly, I will celebrate the moments that I feel really happy because there have been a lot of them lately,’ she said.

‘ALSO, how amazing is Timmy? We are both working on ourselves SO MUCH. can you tell? Timmy puts his on every day and does this 3 mile loop around our house. It’s inspiring.’

Before that there was another bikini post where she had on a green hat.

Earlier this year she has admitted a lot of the tops she wore on The Hills were ‘too revealing’.

The television personality – who shot to fame after starring on the MTV reality series from 2006 until 2010 – has confessed that she would never dream of wearing some of the clothes she used to wear in her 20s.

She said: ‘There’s a lot that I still would wear, but a couple of the things that I definitely don’t think I should have worn were a lot of the tops that were too revealing for work, or where my bra was showing.’

Despite this, the fashion designer wouldn’t change what she dressed like back then, because she ‘looked and felt great’ at the time.

She added to Page Six Style: ‘You can’t really regret those moments because at the time … I probably thought I looked great and felt great, and that’s what’s really important at the end of the day.’

Whitney returned for the sequel, ‘The Hills: New Beginnings, in 2019 and has donated ‘some cute sweaters and blazers’ she wore on the programme for her partnership with Dress for Success and Chloe Wine and the ‘Your Hour Her Power’ campaign.

She said: ‘I know that there was a black blazer that I wore with just a T-shirt and jeans.’

Meanwhile, last summer saw Whitney return to the fashion game with a capsule collection for Rent the Runway.

The blonde beauty had her own label Eve between 2009 and 2014, and made a comeback with the new sustainable Love, Whit capsule.

Whitney admitted she couldn’t wait to get back to designing, as that’s when she feels ‘most me’.

She said in July: ‘It’s been six years now, and I’ve just been itching to do this again; when I’m designing, that’s when I feel the most me.’

Last year Port said she doesn’t think anyone can ever be ‘fully healed’ after a pregnancy loss.

The star opened up last month about having a second miscarriage and whilst it is understandably a devastating time for her, she has tried to look at the positives and is learning to ‘appreciate’ what she has.

She said: ‘I don’t think you’re ever fully healed after a loss. I think these losses make you into a stronger person. I don’t wish them upon anybody, but they do give you a lot of good perspective, and they give you a lot of time to appreciate the things that you have.’

And the star admits she questioned herself at the time of her loss, wondering if she did something wrong.

She added: ‘It felt like, ‘Why is this happening to me? Was there anything that I did wrong? Is there anything wrong with my body? Now that this has happened twice, you know I think that’s sometimes one of the first things that we think about when this stuff happens to us, especially as women and being such harsh critics on ourselves. Then you realise, no, this is not something that you have any control over and you need to immediately release that part.’

Meanwhile, Whitney also revealed her baby had a ‘chromosomal issue’ before he passed.

Speaking on the Being Bümo podcast, she shared: ‘Basically I got a D&C [dilation and curettage] and they did an autopsy, and the doctor said that it was a chromosomal issue, so the baby was not going to be a healthy baby and I felt like in that way I had a little bit of closure.’
