And Strictly Come Dancing star Katya Jones took a break from rehearsals on Thursday as she arrived at the IT Takes Two studios with celebrity partner Adam Peaty ahead of their appearance on the spin-off show.
The professional dancer, 32, ensured she stayed warm in the autumn chill, bundling up in a cosy pink ensemble and a grey bobble hat.

The Russian choreographer coordinated her footwear with her outfit, donning a pair of dark pink and black suede ankle boots.
Meanwhile, her grey bag perfected matched her beanie hat, while she carried further essentials in a n additional white holdall.

The swimmer, 26, and Katya looked in great spirits their many hours in training for the BBC show.
It comes after Katya gave an insight into the gruelling training regime she is placing upon a very exhausted Olympian Adam.

The beauty took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a selfie video from the dance studio, in which Adam had just woken up from a ‘Siesta’ in the midst of learning the Quickstep ahead of Saturday’s live show.
She added a caption reading: ‘The reality. The struggle of the quickstep is real. His face says it all. But it was a good day overall! We just keep on pushing on. GIVE US SOME GOOD VIBES PEOPLE!!! #teampeachy #strictlycomedancing #strictly’.
Adam said to the camera: ‘I’m struggling. I just had a Siesta. Look at the bags [under my eyes]. It’s been a good day. We’re gonna finish on a high and run through the whole thing’, while Katya uttered words of encouragement alongside.

The pairing also appeared on Lorraine to discuss their training, with Adam divulging: ‘We’ve been rehearsing very hard all week. We’re going into the quickstep, hopefully we’ll get there. She let me go home an hour early, I still did 10 hours’.
Katya meanwhile said: ‘We’ve three days to get the new routine, new style, it’s quite overwhelming. Not gonna lie, he’s been quite tired.’
On the difference between dance and Olympic training, he said: ‘You get five years to prepare, we have a week. You can’t get yourself fall out of the mental zone. You have to turn up everyday no matter how much you’ve got going on in your own life.
Their rehearsal comes amid chaos behind the scenes on the show as it was reported that BBC bosses are refusing to use licence-fee payers’ money to keep the identity of the Strictly Covid jab refuseniks secret.

The professionals have prompted fury among their co-stars by not having the vaccine and two have now instructed top solicitors to stop their names being made public, citing privacy laws.
BBC chiefs last night confirmed that neither the BBC nor BBC Studios, the commercial arm that makes the hit programme, will fund the legal bills. This leaves the pair to settle their own costs, which could run into thousands of pounds.
