The radio presenter, 66, is now planning to downsize with his new wife, Sophie Baird.
The estate features not one but two residences, after Ray built a second five-bedroom home on the land near the original dwelling.

The sale comes after Ray married Sophie Baird, his former secretary.
The pair married in an intimate ceremony at Saddles, a gourmet restaurant in Mount White, on Saturday, March 27.

Ray and Sophie had to postpone their big day on three occasions last year due to Covid-19.
