Last night Meghan Markle did her first in-person interview since March when she and husband Prince Harry revealed some shocking revelations about the royal family to host Oprah Winfrey.
In last night’s interview, with Andrew Sorkin, Meghan discussed a variety of issues, including lobbying for paid parental leave and her mental health.
When asked why someone with such privilege is so passionate about paid parental leave she said: “My husband always says, ‘With great privilege comes great responsibility’.
“But even before I had any privilege in my life, when my life and my lifestyle were very, very different, I always just stood up for what was right.
