Roy Keane couldn’t help but poke fun at Arsenal when discussing Bukayo Saka’s impressive performance for England in the 4-0 thrashing of Andorra. The Gunners attacker was back at Wembley for the first time since the summer when he missed the crucial spot-kick in the Euro 2020 final against Italy but his response was impressive.
Saka registered an assist and scored with a header to cap the perfect birthday.
Speaking after the game, former Manchester United captain Keane could help but mock Arsenal when delivering his assessment of Saka’s display.
“Football is all about dealing with disappointment,” he told ITV.
“Saka has reacted well, he seems a good kid.
“Obviously nice day for him today, obviously scoring with a header.
“I’m sure he’s going to enjoy the win because he’s not getting many at club level.”
