Roger Federer cautious of 'stupid decision' for Wimbledon comeback after Halle Open loss

    “That you know I’m not getting better spells and all that stuff I just think the, you know the the whole difficulty of the comback got to me as well a little bit.”

    Federer was expected to come into his post-match press conference before Auger Aliassime, but instead came in later.

    And the Swiss tennis icon admitted that he needed to clear his head before conducting his media duties.

    “I’d rather keep it simple and short in the press today. I’d rather take my time coming into the press and not just doing it sweaty, heated. Not sure what I’m going to say and just, you know, say wrong things to you guys,” Federer said.
