Real Madrid are reportedly preparing to launch one final bid for PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe in order to tip the scales and complete one of the blockbuster moves of the summer. Los Blancos had originally set a deadline of 5pm this afternoon to get the deal done.

Madrid’s current bid, believed to total around £145million with add-ons, has not been addressed by PSG as they attempt to stand firm on one of their star attackers.

Upon submitting their offer, Los Blancos claimed that the French side had until 5pm on Monday to respond before the deal was off.

The young Frenchman has only one year remaining on his contract at the Parc des Princes, meaning the Parisians could risk losing him for free next summer if they let this opportunity pass them by.

With the clock ticking and no response from France, Sky Sports claim that Madrid are preparing to go the extra mile and submit a £170m offer that PSG cannot refuse.
