Real Housewives of Melbourne’s Kyla Kirkpatrick has listed her Ivanhoe investment apartment for sale as she prepares to debut on the reality show later this year.
The 42-year-old businesswoman, known as the ‘Champagne Dame’, is selling the two-bedroom property with a price guide of $500,000 to $550,000, reports realestate.com.au.
The eighth-floor home has panoramic city views and dramatic full-height windows, with on-site facilities including a heated pool, gym and private entertaining room.

It’s one of many properties the savvy entrepreneur owns, with her portfolio worth about $4.5million in total.
Kyla’s first purchase was an apartment in Melbourne’s CBD, which she bought for $175,000 and later sold, using the profit to upgrade to a bigger home.
Kyla is the CEO and founder of two companies, Emperor Champagne and The Champagne Dame.

She owns a warehouse in Sandringham and while the coronavirus pandemic is affecting most businesses, Emperor Champagne is thriving.
Launched in 2017, Kyla describes her company as being the ‘largest stockist of Champagne in the Southern Hemisphere’.
She also runs Champagne Dame, which she launched in 2008. The business aims to educate people about Champagne and Kyla travels to France each year to take customers on private tours of the country’s best vineyards.

She balances her business empire with being a mother to six-year-old daughter Arlington.
Kyla recently told Daily Mail Australia that signing up for the popular reality franchise was a massive ‘change of pace’ for her.
‘It’s not unusual to find me still in my office after an intense 12-hour day and it’s often six days a week, not to mention presenting after hours or on weekends,’ she said.
Production for the new season commenced in January.
