Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Jessica said: ‘She [Dr. Lacampo] and her team are amazing!

‘After pushing for four hours, I ended up having a C-section and they moved fast and quickly and made it less intimidating for me, because I was definitely nervous.

‘But there was so much joy and amazing chemistry between nurses and doctors that they made the experience a comfortable and an unforgettable one!

‘They even played rock music during the surgery, and when MJ was born he came out to Good Times Bad Times by Led Zeppelin.’

A representative for the family added: ‘Mommy, Baby and Daddy are now safe and doing well at home, enjoying their new family.’

Jessica – who married Mikey in 2019 – confirmed she was expecting a baby in March this year, when she said 2021 has been an ‘exciting’ year so far.

She said: ‘It’s been an exciting year for me so far. I got some crazy news to share. I’m having a baby. I’m due in May. I’ve always wanted to be a mommy.

‘I swear, I’m going to get so emotional because I’m finally able to say it … It’s been so exciting and it’s a dream come true.’

The 39-year-old singer also revealed at the time she had already named her baby MJ, but wasn’t sure if the name would stick.

She added: ‘I’m having a little boy named MJ. It’s just been an incredible journey. What a beautiful gift that 2020 gave me …

‘He feels like an MJ to me, but he could be a Mikey, a Jesse, a Zion, or maybe he’ll make up his own name when he gets older. Whatever he wants.

‘It’s his life. I’m just going to have the pleasure of being his mother, and I’m going to let him live and be exactly who he wants to be.’

Jessica’s happy baby news comes after it was reported that The Pussycat Dolls were set to sign a new management deal ahead of releasing new music in 2021.

It is thought that the band – Nicole Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt, Carmit Bachar and Jessica- impressed music execs with the success of their comeback hit React and are speaking to several American firms, reports The Sun.

Although announcing their launch back onto the music scene in 2019, the band have had to reschedule their reunion tour twice amid the coronavirus pandemic.

It has now been claimed that the girl-band have peaked the interest of Madonna and Britney Spears’ management company, Maverick, as well as being in discussing with other big firms.

A source said in January: ‘The pandemic has hampered plans for The Pussycat Dolls but as far as they are concerned, they’re all raring to get going as soon as it’s safe to do so.

‘This new team is great news for them and they’ve got a handful of songs which they are plotting to release when they can all safely get together again.

‘With half of the group in the UK and half in the US, it is tricky, but they are determined to release some singles in 2021.’
