This year, after 17 off the air, the cast filmed a special episode discussing the its legacy. Matt LeBlanc, who plays Joey Tribbiani on the 1990s show, says the Royal brothers are big fans.
In 2014, Mr LeBlanc shared how Harry and William asked him when the cast of ‘Friends’ would reunite.
After accosting the actor at a polo event, the royal brothers quizzed Mr LeBlanc about when the show would make a return.
He said at the time: “They asked me when the Friends reunion was.
“I said, ‘Tomorrow? I don’t know. Whenever you want it to be!”

Appearing on Conan O’Brien’s TBS talk show in 2015, Mr LeBlanc joked he had to tell the brothers to “f* off”.
He said: “I went to this exhibition Polo match this one time and the princes were there, they were playing. After there was a big line to meet them…
“So I went and I got in line and met the princes – both Prince William and Prince Harry.
“All they want to know is when is the Friends reunion. That’s all they wanted to know about…
“I told them to f**k off.”
However, Mr LeBlanc appeared on the show later the same year to explain: “It was a joke. I never said that.
“They’re bigger than me … and that would be rude.’”
Mr LeBlanc also praised Harry and William and added they were “really cool”.
He told Mr O’Brien: “They were really cool.
“Then actually I was in a bar one time and Harry was there, and I actually ended up sitting on the same table as him.
“He’s a lot of fun. Yeah, a lot of fun.”
