A new series, entitled ‘The Me You Can’t See’, is about mental health and sees Harry, other celebrities and people from different walks of life share their experiences and discuss the stigma around it. The Duke of Sussex has again used his platform to speak “his truth” and describe what it was like being a member of the Royal Family.
Now royal expert, Daniela Elser, said William’s “strategically deployed public jab” was a “deliciously effective way to countermand the narrative of royal misery”.
In the documentary, Harry claimed his suffering comes back to the “same people, the same business model and the same industry”.
Harry said: “It all comes back to the same people, the same business model, the same industry.
“My father used to say when I was younger, he used to say to William and I, ‘well it was like that for me so it’s going to be like that for you’. That doesn’t make sense.

“I thought my family would help, but every single ask, request, warning, whatever it is, just got met with total silence, total neglect.
“We spent four years trying to make it work.
“We did everything that we possibly could to stay there and carry on doing the role and doing the job. But Meghan was struggling.”
He went on: “That feeling of being trapped within the family, there was no option to leave.
“Eventually, when I made that decision for my family, I was still told, ‘You can’t do this’.
“And it’s like, ‘Well how bad does it have to get until I am allowed to do this?’.
“She [Meghan] was going to end her life. It shouldn’t have to get to that.”
This is not the first time Harry made claims about his childhood and the hopes he has for his own son, Archie.
During the explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey in March, Harry told the media mogul how he wanted to be able to do things like take his son for bike rides as he didn’t have the opportunity as a child himself.
However, archive pictures have surfaced clearly showing a young Harry on the back of a bike being ridden by his father, and another where he’s being towed in a cart by his dad.
