The Duke of Cambridge, who is president of the FA and a supporter of Aston Villa, is at the Wembley match.

He was pictured with wife Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, at Wembley Stadium when England won against Germany last week.

They were also joined by their eldest son Prince George, who was seen wearing a suit and tie similar to his father’s.

But Kate will not be joining William today as she is currently self-isolating after coming into contact with someone with Covid.

She had been due to attend a service of thanksgiving and host a “Big Tea” with Prince William to mark the 73rd anniversary of the NHS earlier in the week.

But now she is currently in the middle of spending 10 days at home.

Kensington Palace said in a statement: “Last week The Duchess of Cambridge came into contact with someone who has subsequently tested positive for Covid-19.

“Her Royal Highness is not experiencing any symptoms, but is following all relevant government guidelines and is self-isolating at home.”
