The 29-year-old model shared a gallery of never-before-seen images of the couple to Instagram.
‘There’s nothing better than life’s adventures with you. Another lap around the sun. And the best is yet to come. Happy birthday baby,’ she wrote.

Georgia announced she’s expecting her first child with her Fishbowl co-founder boyfriend Nathan back in April.
At the time, she sweetly shared the news by writing: ‘We can’t wait to meet you little one.’
‘It’s been hard to keep this one quiet, but now it’s pretty hard to hide,’ she continued.

Nathan also shared the sweet baby news on his respective Instagram account and revealed they’re having a daughter.
The couple had confirmed their romance in February last year, and already share a puppy together, called Chilli.
