Cosmetic nurse Alex Pike is happily in love with former Collingwood coach, Nathan Buckley.

But on Friday, she stepped out for a solo stroll along Melbourne’s iconic shopping precinct, Chapel Street. 

The 43-year-old flaunted her sensational figure in eye-catching red activewear during a lockdown walk.

She teamed a crimson crop top and matching high-waisted leggings that drew attention to her taut abs and trim waistline.

The brunette bombshell kept herself warm with a puffer jacket and donned a baseball cap over her long chocolate tresses.

Despite her casual outfit, she still opted for a glamourous make-up look with a radiant base, peachy cheeks and a plump pout.

While the boutique fashion stores of Chapel Street usually attract the likes of Alex and her fellow WAGS, the stunner was seen carrying an insulated grocery shopping bag. 

When it comes to exercise, Alex is a big believer in daily walks in the sunshine to ensure she stays in shape.

She revealed in a previous Instagram post: ‘It’s the small steps that start to add up and make all the difference’.

Alex’s stroll in Melbourne comes after she recently demonstrated her dramatic slim-down in several photos.

In one ‘before’ photo, the stunner, who owns two injectables clinics in Melbourne and Albury, displayed a fuller figure and rounder face as she posed in a baggy T-shirt and shorts. 

She looked like a supermodel in the ‘after’ photo, flaunting her toned figure in a nude swimsuit while flexing her muscles.

The mother-of-three has been open about her body transformation over the last 24 months, which she credits to the viral #75HARD Challenge.

This involves twice-daily workouts, calorie counting, a clean diet with no cheat meals, reading non-fiction books every day and much more.

Speaking to the Curious Conversations podcast in March, Alex said she never felt more ’empowered’ than she does at her age.

‘I hate when people say, “You’re really hot for a mum”. It’s like, really?’ she said.

‘Do I have to be attractive for a mum? Can’t I just be attractive? I don’t want to be good for my age. I want to be good.’

Alex and Nathan’s relationship emerged just weeks after the champion midfielder announced his split from his wife of 18 years, Tania Minnici, last December.
