She has previously revealed that she performed CPR to save the lives of her daughters, at different times, when they were choking.
And now, Myleene Klass has joined forces with St John Ambulance to help launch their AskMe campaign.
In a series of pictures to help launch the campaign, radio presenter Myleene, 43, takes part in a CPR training session.

#AskMe: Myleene Klass has helped to launch a brand new campaign seeking to raise awareness of the work done by St John Ambulance

Educating: The campaign has been launched following research by the charity which found that while almost all of those surveyed are aware of St John Ambulance, less than a third understand what they do
Wearing a plain pink t-shirt and hot pink jogging bottoms, Myleene looked ready to kick-start the campaign and inform members of the public.
The new project aims to raise awareness of who St John Ambulance are and the work that they do.

On her way: Taking to her Instagram on Monday morning, Myleene shared a video clip of herself cycling through the capital to meet with volunteers from St John Ambulance
She started her posts with a video published on her Instagram story, showing her cycling to the meeting point for the campaign launch.
Penning a caption to go alongside the video, Myleene wrote: ‘Set my alarm early to help launch a campaign every single person needs to know about.’
She followed her cycling clip up with a second video later on once she had met up with the St John Ambulance volunteers.
In the clip she introduces both Dr Zain and the AskMe campaign, giving her followers the opportunity to swipe up on her post to learn more.

Another clip, shared onto Myleene’s Instagram story, showed Dr Zain demonstrating the correct way to perform CPR on a practice dummy.
Later on, Myleene uploaded a lengthy caption alongside a picture of herself holding up a practice CPR dummy.
She wrote: ‘I used first aid to save both my girls when they choked (at different times obvs, still horrific thinking about it).
‘My girls in turn, taught by @stjohn_ambulance, have used their skills to help an old man who had a bleeding head wound in the street, a lady who fainted on the tube and another on a plane.

Important: Later on, Myleene uploaded a lengthy caption alongside a picture of herself holding up a practice CPR dummy, in which she explained the importance of CPR training given her experiences of saving the lives of both of her daughters
‘It just gives you confidence knowing what to do, and you could save a life.’
Last year, Myleene said that first aid should be taught in schools, as she recalled the ‘awful’ moment she had to save her two daughters from choking.
The presenter said that she signed herself and her children up for a first aid course which she put to good use just a day later when they assisted a woman who had collapsed on the tube.
Myleene explained that when her oldest daughter Ava, 13, was 10, she started choking on seafood during a holiday meal, while Hero, now 10, choking on a plastic star when she was just one.

Hard: Last year, Myleene insisted that first aid should be taught in schools, as she recalled the ‘awful’ moment she had to save her two daughters from choking
Explaining why she signed up for the first aid course, Myleene told The Mirror: ‘Like my daughter Ava pointed out ”there’s no point just one of you knowing how to do it.” First aid should be as compulsory as English and maths.’
The star then recalled the terrifying moment she had to use first aid on her two daughters when they both began choking.
Myleene’s daughter was just 10 when she started choking on seafood, with the star adding: ‘It was awful. She went completely silent and her eyes popped out of her head. I performed back thrusts – I just hit her over and over again.’
She added that she was in floods of tears after saving her little girl, while she somply resumed eating her dinner.
Myleene then revealed that she had a similar ordeal with her daughter Hero when she was just one, after she choked on a small glow-in-the-dark star, and she used the same first aid techniques to save her.
She added: ‘She vomited it up the first time I performed the back thrusts with her over my arm. Same silence, went blue, eyes popped out of her head. I cried like a banshee afterwards.’

Determined: The presenter has previously shared snaps of daughters Ava, 13, and Hero, 10, during their first aid training, as she said that ‘it’s important as English and Maths’
