Mel C shows off her rock-hard abs as she arrives to Dancing With The Stars rehearsals in LA

Her Spice Girl-honed dance moves have been impressing the judges on this year’s Dancing With The Stars.

And Mel C beamed from ear to ear when she made a chirpy arrival to the show’s LA dance studios on Tuesday, flashing photographers a peace sign.

Putting her rock-hard abs on show, Mel, 47, was clearly excited to work up a sweat with her pro dancer Gleb Savchenko.

The Spice Girl teamed black leggings with a cropped blue sweater, which she later removed to reveal a clinging grey cropped T-shirt.

Wearing her glossy brunette hair loose, Mel could barely contain her excitement as she strolled through the parking lot.

She opted for comfort in stylish trainers.

On Monday, Mel went all-out for the Britney Spears-themed night and slipped into Britney’s sexy air stewardess ensemble from her Toxic video as she Tangoed with Gleb.

Masked up: Strolling through the parking lot, Mel placed a white face mask over her nose and mouth 

After the dance, judge Bruno Toniolo told her she was ‘flying high’ on the Tango and the service was ‘first class.’

The ABC hit’s 30th season also features JoJo Siwa, Matt James and Brian Austin Green.

Mel C recently spoke about her expectations for the show during an interview with Access Hollywood, where she noted that she was used to watching the British version of the hit program.

‘I’m such a huge fan of the show and I’m not that familiar with Dancing With The Stars, of course, being from the U.K, we watch Strictly,’ she said.

She was then asked if the other Spice Girls would make an appearance during the season, and she expressed that she would jump at the chance to have them watch her perform.

‘It’s so bittersweet because I’m so excited to be on the show, but I can’t get my mum over and I don’t know how easy it’d be for the girls to get here, but if we can do it safely then we’ll try our best,’ she stated.
