    Not just a pretty face! Supermodel Megan Gale proves she’s also a talented artist as she unveils impressive artwork

    She may be one of Australia’s most successful models. 

    But Megan Gale, 45, proved she’s also got a knack for painting on Monday after she uploaded a photo of painting she’d created.  

    The mother-of-two posted a photo of her colourful creation to Instagram Stories, along with the caption: ‘Can’t. Stop. Painting’.

    Megan’s artwork depicted a branch covered in stylised orange-and-yellow flowers next to two identical butterflies – one in red and the other in pink. 

    Placed next to the canvas was a glass of water, an artist palette and set of watercolor paints.  

    Megan shot to fame in the nineties after winning a Sydney modelling competition.

    She moved to Italy to build her career, before later returning to Australia to become the new face of department store David Jones. 

    Proving herself much more than a runway star, the entrepreneurial beauty also launched her debut swimwear label Isola in 2010. 

    She is also an actress, having starred in The Water Diviner (2014) and Mad Max: Fury Road (2015).

    Most recently, the raven-haired glamazon entered the rental property market by listing her newly-purcahsed Daylesford weekender on Airbnb. 

    Megan and her fiancé Shaun Hampson paid $800,000 for the four-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow last September, and are renting it out for a per-night price of $880. 

    The couple share two children: son River, six, and daughter Rosie, two.
