Married At First Sight’s Brett Helling doesn’t look like this anymore! Hipster reality star is barely recognisable after dramatically ditching trademark look
He soared to fame on season eight of Married At First Sight.
But after amicably splitting from TV wife Booka Nile, Brett Helling has debuted a dramatic transformation, opting to ditch his famous overgrown moustache.
Viewers would be forgiven for not recognising the 32-year-old psychology student, who removed his trademark thick moustache in favour of a clean-shaven face.

Sharing the process of his transformation in a series of photos Brett wrote: ‘Swipe for spiritual journey #wanderlust #foundmyself’.
In the first of of his photos, Brett is seen sporting a thick beard, while his long straight brown locks were covered in a beanie.
He followed it with an image of himself rocking a goatee.

In a third picture, Brett rocked a horse-shoe inspired piece of facial hair beginning on his upper lip and ending on the side of his mouth.
In a final image, he revealed his transformation, having completely shaved off his facial hair.
During his time on the show, Brett’s unique look had MAFS fans in a frenzy.

At one stage, reality TV fans compared Brett to cricketing great Merv Hughes on after he sported a terry towelling bucket hat on the Channel 9 show.
Brett and his bride Booka began their time on the show as one of the strongest couples, but as time went on they realised they had no future together.
Speaking to Nine after the show, he said the pair had ‘tunnel vision’ while on MAFS, and realised their relationship would not last in the outside world.
