She moved back to Australia with her family at the beginning of the year, and now it’s looking like Lara Worthington (née Bingle) is here to stay.

The 33-year-old model and businesswoman was spotted inspecting a commercial real estate space in Sydney’s North Bondi on Thursday.

A smiling Lara was accompanied by two men as she visited the property, which is currently under renovation.

After inspecting the building, she stood outside chatting with her companions, before they set off down the street.

While it’s unclear what she’s scouting commercial spaces for, Lara owns an online skincare company called Share The Base.

It’s possible she’s looking to expand the business by opening a physical store.

When contacted by Daily Mail Australia, the real estate agent declined to comment.

Share The Base is a not-for-profit tinted face cream company that allows customers to select a charity to donate to at the checkout.

‘I felt that The Base had reached a point that was calling for growth, a fresh, exciting, new direction and so… the brand becomes Share The Base: a not-for-profit enterprise where 100 per cent of the profits go to causes we believe in,’ she explained on her website.
