Kyly Clarke strolls with her hunky fitness coach in Bondi

She’s the former cricket WAG who is known for her passion for fitness.

And on Tuesday, Kyly Clarke enjoyed some essential exercise near her home in Bondi, where she was accompanied by her hunky fitness coach Tiziano Sguerso.

The duo appeared at ease as they conversed in the sunshine, with Kyly, 40, raising a smile as they worked up a sweat on their morning hike.

The mother-of-one showed off her rock-hard abs and muscular arms during the outing, wearing a sports bra and tight leggings teamed with white trainers.

She tied a hoodie around her waist in case it got cold, and sported a pair of oversized sunglasses on her face.

Kyly whisked her brunette locks into a bun, and accessorised with a gold bracelet and watch.

While Sydney is in lockdown, residents are able to exercise with one other person who is not from their household. A mask does not need to be worn mid-workout. 

Tiziano looked equally as fit in a black T-shirt and a white backwards baseball cap.

His muscular arms were on full display, while he wore a pair of loose-fitting shorts which showed off his unusual leg tattoo.

Solo: Kyly is believed to currently be single, following her split from V8 supercars driver in early December

Tiziano’s website says he is a spiritual researcher, writer, visionary, storyteller, entrepreneur, personal trainer and former professional kickboxer.  

Kyly had posted about him on her Instagram page in July, revealing he was teaching her the martial art Muay Thai.

‘These wellness moments,’ she captioned the video, which saw her working up a sweat while powerfully kicking his kick pads.

Kyly is believed to currently be single, following her split from V8 supercars driver in early December.

Prior to that, she was married to retired cricketer Michael Clarke, 40. They split in February 2020, after seven years of marriage.

Her and Michael share daughter Kelsey-Lee, five.
