Australian pop princess Kylie Minogue has just sold her charming investment property in Melbourne for $1.715million.
According to The Herald Sun, the 53-year-old owned the home for 31 years after first snapping it up after she made it big on Neighbours all those years ago.
The Spinning Around singer first bought the cottage in Armadale in 1990 for $185,000 the publication reports.

The pad has been rented out to various tenant since 1993.
It features a charming all-white Victorian exterior, a spacious exterior, high ceilings, vintage fireplaces and hardwood floors.
The home also features a white kitchen that’s abundant in natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows that lead out to the courtyard.

According to The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column, Kylie will be releasing her own range of sorbet that will be flavoured with her rosé.
She recently celebrated selling more than a million bottles of her wine and said in a statement: ‘I have been so touched by the amazing reaction to Kylie Minogue Wines.’
