Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson continue to dominate the radio ratings as their KIIS FM show gets its biggest breakfast share EVER
Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson are still dominating the ratings, more than six years after moving their radio show from 2Day FM to KIIS FM.
In Sydney, The Kyle & Jackie O Show took out its nineteenth consecutive #1FM spot with a 12.9% share.
This is the highest share the duo has ever achieved in their breakfast career.

The Kyle and Jackie O Show also has more listeners than any other breakfast radio show in Australia.
The Australian Radio Network (ARN), which includes KIIS FM, is currently the number one radio network in the country for the second consecutive year.
‘2021 is proving to be a history-making year for ARN,’ said ARN’s Chief Content Officer Duncan Campbell in a statement.

‘To see continued improvement survey to survey, with very little change to our content line up, shows we have an unrivalled connection with our audience,’ he continued.
‘Each market has performed well in its own right but as a collective, we’re even stronger, delivering a total of 5.29 million listeners each week across our broadcast network.
‘Add that to the 18.2 million podcast downloads we accrue each month and it’s clear that at ARN, we truly are defining audio.’

Jake Challenor, the publisher of industry bible Radio Today, said Kyle and Jackie O are paid $5million a year each to host Sydney’s top-rated FM breakfast show.
While they easily have the most generous pay packet, there are plenty of other anchors who command seven-figure salaries.
Mr Challenor said the likes of Marty Sheargold, Amanda Keller, Dave Hughes, Ray Hadley, Neil Mitchell, Fifi Box, Sam Pang and Mick Molloy all earn ‘in the millions’.
