Kill the Bill protest: Hundreds march in London and across UK – 'Our streets!'

    Hundreds of protesters in London are demonstrating against the controversial policing bill. The ‘Kill the Bill’ march is heading towards Parliament Square after starting in Russell Square this morning. It marks the fourth day of marches against the bill which the group state will prevent people’s right to protest.

    Demonstrators can be heard shouting “Our streets! Our streets!” while others chant “A C A B, all cops are b*******”, “black lives matter” and “no justice, no peace”.

    While another clip protesters repeatedly shout “kill the bill!”

    And another video a flare can be seen billowing smoke as hundreds of demonstrators push through central London.

    The march is due to makes its way through the city towards Parliament Square.

    The protest marks the fourth day of action against the controversial policing bill.

    The last march was held on May 1 and saw thousands of people march through London to protest the bill which is currently in committee stage and will stay there until June 24.

    It was originally due to be rushed through parliament but was delayed following a backlash of protests back in March.

    The marches made headlines after violence erupted in Bristol causing millions of pounds worth of damage to buildings, police cars and public property.
