Kate Hudson took to Instagram with a new video revealing some pertinent information on Wednesday, which happened to be National Sex Day.
The 42-year-old actress was wearing oversized black sunglasses with a white top while she informed fans that she’ll be having sex with her partner Danny Fujikawa imminently.
She added that, if she has sex for the next two hours, she’ll be rewarded with six ‘fit points’ on her Weight Watchers program.

‘Yep, I said sex. Thanks @ww for always making sure we’re getting all the fit points we can,’ Hudson said.
She also added the hashtags #NationalSexDay and #WWAmbassador, which she’s been since December 2019, along with #TheseSunglassesAreMadeFrom5RecycledBottlesLoveIt.
She said in the video, ‘Hey guys. Got some interesting news that I’m very excited about right now.’
‘If anybody needs me, I’m gonna be in my bedroom, for a good, I’m gonna say hour 20, if he can handle it,’ she added, referring to Fujikawa, who she’s been with since 2016 and shares daughter Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa with.
‘According to WW’s new fit app addition, me having sex, for an hour 20, will equal… s**t, I’m terrible at math… six fit points. See you in two hours,’ she concluded.
The video received a rash of comments, including a few of Hudson’s celebrity friends like Sara Foster, who simply said, ‘TMI.’
Foster and her sister Erin Foster are stepsisters of Fujikawa, who introduced Hudson to him when she was 23.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna added, ‘I die for you. That is all,’ while Jamie Mizrahi said, ‘HOUR TWENTY!?!?!?!?!?? @swimswammyslippyslappy I hope you’re ready.’
Boys Lie streetwear co-founder Leah O’Malley added, ‘Honestly you’re my idol can we please be friends i feel like we’d hit it off.’

Based on a 25-minute session between the sheets, a study conducted in 2013 by the University of Montreal deduced that men burn 100 calories during the average sex session.
Women burn about 69 calories.
This means Kate’s sex session will have seen her burn triple that – 207 calories – based on her 1 hour 20 minute session.
This also depends on her energy during the session, of course.
Hudson made headlines when she became one of several actors to join the cast of Rian Johnson’s Knives Out 2.
She has also been filming the second season of Truth Be Told for Apple TV Plus alongside Octavia Spencer.
She also plays Simone Cleary in the upcoming movie Shriver, which is in post-production and slated for release later this year.
