After her swim, Jessica changed into a green hoodie, track pants, a red beanie and a pair of comfortable white sneakers.
She chatted to a friend sunbathing on the rocks before leaving the beach.
Jessica carried her towel and other belongings in her hand, and wore her blonde hair pulled off her face.

Jessica’s outing comes after she shared a cryptic Instagram post hinting at her past trauma on Monday.
The actress, who has had a very public battle with her mental health, expressed her creativity in the form of a poem inspired by a hole in her yoga mat.
‘The hole in my yoga mat is a piece of bubblemint chewing gum. The hole in my yoga mat is a severed Aztec breast,’ she began.
