Jen Harley was seen in a mug shot on Saturday after her beau Joseph Ambrosole said she vowed to kill him and used the n-word while holding him at gunpoint.

Harley, 34, was booked in connection with assault with a deadly weapon and domestic battery in the incident, and Ambrosole told police she told him, ‘I’ll shoot you n****’ and ‘I’ll kill you right f****** now’, TMZ reported Tuesday after reviewing the arrest report.

Police told the outlet that the incident initially occurred at the Crazy Horse 3 gentlemen’s club, as Harley and Ambrosole argued over her alcohol consumption as well as the location of where they would park their vehicle.

The couple took their row into the establishment, where they were asked to leave by club security, authorities said.

Ambrosole told police that amid their tense ride home, she began hitting him in the head and tossed his smartphone out of the window, leading him to pull over to retrieve it.

Ambrosole told authorities Harley subsequently jumped into the driver’s seat and drove away, leading him to find another ride home.

Police said that Ambrosole said that when he arrived to their residence, they continued to exchange words, at which point Harley threatened him with the firearm, before leaving the home.

Harley, who shares three-year-old daughter Ariana with her ex, Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, who made headlines of his own when he proposed to girlfriend Saffire Matos in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Both Harley and Ortiz-Magro have past had legal problems stemming from their relationship, and other relationships.

Harley, a real estate agent, was arrested in 2019 in an incident in which she launched a glass ashtray toward Ortiz-Magro in Las Vegas.

She was also arrested in Vegas in June of 2018 in an incident in which she faced allegations she had dragged Ortiz-Magro with her vehicle; authorities later said there was ‘insufficient evidence’ to press charges on her.

Ortiz-Magro was arrested in Los Angeles April 22 in connection with suspicion of intimate partner violence.

Despite feeling the need to call the police, Matos posted a statement to her Instagram stories four days later in which she tried to downplay the whole thing while calling reports of the arrest ‘false accusations.’

Matos took to Instagram Stories, Page Six reported, saying there was ‘a lot of misleading information floating around out there’ about the incident.

‘With anybody who reached out with concern I appreciate it with all my heart, but everything that’s being portrayed out there are not facts,’ Matos said.

‘I don’t think it’s fair that people are using false accusations to gain attention. Please leave Ron and I alone. You don’t know what someone is going through at the end of the day.’

Ortiz-Magro, who was on probation prior to the incident, is expected to appear in court later this month to address it.

An insider told US that Harley ‘has been concerned about his behavior in front of Ariana and it’s been an issue she’s been worried about,’ adding that ‘she knows he always has this pattern and that he does not change.’

In October of 2019, Ortiz-Magro was arrested in connection with kidnapping following an incident with Harley in which he was accused of hitting her, brandishing a knife and locking himself in an Airbnb they’d rented. Ortiz-Magro eventually made a plea deal in the incident.

The couple ceased dating in the wake of the incident, but continue to share custody of Ariana.
