An emotional SJ told Big Brother while she would have preferred not to vote at all, she was very sorry that the decision was ultimately going to be her call.

‘I love both of these boys as if they were my own,’ the 66-year-old told host Sonia Kruger as she wiped a tear from her face.

SJ looked visibly upset after she made her decision, keeping it to herself until Big Brother announced that Sid would be leaving the house.

Sid said that he believed that Daniel Hayes had been gunning for him ever since he took out his close pal Tilly Whitfield last week.

‘The best man won and unfortunately it wasn’t me,’ Sid continued.

‘I made the best pitch I could but you’ve got Ari who is a reformed person in the house.’

‘If I’m a betting man, I’d say Marley will make final three, Christina as a wild card and maybe Ari… Fingers crossed Danny misses out.’

Big Brother continues Wednesday at 7.30pm on Seven
