AFL star Nathan Vardy and his long-term girlfriend Maddison Smedts tied the knot in an ‘op-shop’ themed wedding on Sunday.
The 30-year-old West Coast Eagles star and the glamorous WAG exchanged vows in a backyard ceremony surrounded by their celebrity friends.
Other AFL players and their partners celebrated the special event dressed in trashy eighties attire.

Maddison looked stunning in a white gown with a bow wrapped around her waist, while Nathan wore white pants and a navy suit jacket.
Guests including Nic Naitanui and his partner STM columnist Brittany Bown, Eagles captain Luke and Dani Shuey as well as Will and Alex Schofield dressed in second-hand clothes.
Photos shared to Instagram also show Nathan’s teammate Tom Barrass officiating the wedding.

Nathan’s groomsmen including Tom Barrass, Dom Sheed, Chris Masten, and Tommy Cole, wore uncoordinated suits, each with a hint of purple.
Maddison and Nathan have been dating for over seven years and share two sons together named Boh and Mac.

Earlier this month, Nathan announced he would be retiring from the AFL after four seasons.
He is planning to move back to country Victoria with his wife and children to be closer to his family.
Nathan previously played for the Geelong Football club from 2010 to 2016.
