Filming for Indiana Jones 5 appeared to be back in full swing on Monday following Harrison Ford’s June shoulder injury, which caused production to be halted for three months.
London’s Hatton Garden was transported back to the 1960s, where the production crew had convincingly decorated the street with American memorabilia.
Old-school cars and vintage store facades populated the West End hotspot, complete with U.S. Mail boxes, rubber tyres and weathered posters reading, ‘Blood bank, donors paid.’

Stacks of New York’s Daily News broadsheets were piled upon wooden slats with the headline, ‘Oust Cuban spy for Nixon plot,’ on its front page while traditional television and radio sets graced shop windows.
Harrison had to undergo surgery on his shoulder following his injury at Pinewood Studios, with the crew using a stand-in for crowd scenes during his absence.
A source told The Sun: ‘Everyone’s relieved to see him back and fighting fit.

Harrison remained in the UK while he recuperated from his shoulder injury and was spotted out and about in London on several occasions during the summer.
The movie star has filmed the movie in London, Glasgow and North Yorkshire.

Filming was also recently put into jeopardy following an outbreak of norovirus spread across the site.
Up to 50 people had to be sent home from the Pinewood Studios in Iver, Buckinghamshire, following a spread of the winter vomiting bug last week.

An insider told The Sun’s Bizarre column because it’s Harrison’s last outing as Indiana, everybody was expecting it to be plain sailing.
They said: ‘After the initial delays everyone was raring to go. But now Harrison is injured and it is worse than first thought.

‘The film’s bosses have come together to work out the scheduling and it’s chaos. The earliest they think they can restart the production is September.
‘It was not what anyone was expecting so to have to change everything is a huge blow. Everyone was concerned for Harrison and they are glad he is on the mend.’
