The monarch, 95, is well known for her love for horses – but Shetland Pony Cruachan IV has gotten on the wrong hoof with Her Majesty. Upon seeing the pony the Queen said: “Here we are again.”

The Monarch moved into Balmoral Castle in Scotland, where she will reside for the rest of the summer.

She was greeted with the traditional ceremony which didn’t take place last year due to Covid restrictions.

At the castle gates, the monarch was met with the Balaklava Company, 5 Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland with their cheeky pony mascot – Cruachan IV.

Cruachan IV has been a part of the traditional ceremony in previous years and with his cheeky antics, he has made an impression.
