    Hugo himself updated his Twitter followers at around 7.30am with the latest reports, writing: “Russia continues to strike Ukraine’s critical civilian infrastructure: missiles have hit an energy facility in Kyiv, while attacks have also been reported in the cities of Dnipro, Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia.”
