As New South Wales continues its 14-day lockdown, television host Grant Denyer has shared a message of hope.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the 43-year-old father of three documented his Covid-safe walk with his daughter Sailor, 10.

In the picture, Grant and his eldest daughter donned face masks. However, this isn’t actually necessary for NSW residents getting their outdoor exercise.

Grant and wife Chezzi – who welcomed their third daughter, Sunday, in February – embarked on their first trip as a family of five last month.

The couple, who are also parents to five-year-old Scout, shared photos from their visit to snowy Mount Panorama on Instagram.

In one video, Grant teased his daughters as they threw snowballs at him.

The Channel 10 star also documented their car trip, posting a video in which one of his daughters shared her excitement at seeing snow for the first time.

The trip was a welcome break for the Denyers, who welcomed Sunday five months ago.

Chezzi gave birth on February 10.

Announcing the child’s arrival on Instagram, she wrote: ‘I never thought my heart could feel so full!’

The couple married in 2010 after meeting as colleagues on Channel Seven’s Sunrise when they were both in relationships with other people.
