    According to a 2016 study, presented at the American Academy of Neurology’s 68th Annual Meeting in Vancouver, Canada, researchers warned that changing one’s body clock could increase your risk of a stroke.

    Looking at more than 15,000 people, the team found stroke admissions surged by eight percent in the two-day window after the clocks went forward or back.
