Fifi Box and Carrie Bickmore take their daughters to the beach

Radio and TV personalities Fifi Box and Carrie Bickmore have been friends for years.

And it appears their little girls are just as close.

The Dancing with the Stars alum, 47, and The Project host, 40 enjoyed a playdate at the beach on Thursday with their daughters.

Fifi was joined by her daughters, Trixie Belle, seven, and Daisy, two, while Carrie brought along her girls, Evie, six, and Adelaide, two. 

‘Beach girls @bickmorecarrie,’ Fifi captioned a photo of the group on Instagram.

Despite the winter weather, the Melburnians made the most of their freedom by running across the beach and taking in the seaside views.

Having worked in the same industry for decades, Fifi and Carrie are firm friends.

In December, Fifi paid tribute to Carrie on her 40th birthday, writing on Instagram: ‘Happy birthday my wonderful friend @bickmorecarrie who sets the world alight with her warmth and beauty.

‘There is no heart bigger, no mum more devoted, no friend more supportive.’

Earlier this year, the two women attended a performance of Frozen the Musical with their girls, as well as Carrie’s husband, TV producer Chris Walker. 

‘Well I didn’t think it was possible but @frozenthemusicalau was EVEN BETTER than I imagined! Outstanding production,’ Fifi posted on Instagram in March.

‘Great friend date @bickmorecarrie and of course you too @chriswalkertv.’
