Day two of the Made In America festival kicked off on September 5 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

On the 10th anniversary of the festival, tens of thousands of fans flocked to Benjamin Franklin Parkway to see their favorites in music take the stage, including headliner Justin Bieber and Doja Cat.

As COVID-19 cases continue to rise with new variants posing a threat, all attendees were required to show proof of vaccination or submit a negative test taken within 48-hours of attendance.

17 acts in total performed on Day 2, with Bieber being tapped to close out the festival on the Rocky stage.

Doja’s 45-minute set ended right as the Canadian crooner’s began and other performers on Sunday included Tinashe, Freddie G, Lloyd Banks, Foushee and Roddy Rich.

The Kiss Me More singer heated up the Liberty stage in a ripped bodysuit which exposed her midriff, and a pair of flowing chiffon pants with a scarf tied around one arm.

She was seen working the stage with a pink microphone and showed off sultry dance moves while performing some of her classic hits during the time slot.

Bieber took the stage in jeans and a white polo shirt with his usual backwards cap and encouraged the crowd to sing along as he pointed his microphone outwards.

The Peaches singer’s set was emotive and included a few high energy numbers as well as more heartfelt tracks, for which he sat on a stool.

Justin also brought out collaborator Chance The Rapper at one point to perform their song Holy and naturally his wife Hailey Bieber flew to Philadelphia with him to support him.

Another artist that drew a crowd was Tinashe who wore a daring yellow outfit that left little to the imagination.

A sparkly bodysuit with major cutouts was layered underneath a tiny yellow skirt that shook when she moved.

The 2 On singer had an afternoon set — two hours after the doors opened at 2PM — and performed amid some slight gloomy weather.

In addition to proof of vaccination or a negative test, face masks were mandated as the city of Philadelphia requires them for unseated outdoor events over 1,000 people.

The first day of the event on Saturday September 4 drew a crowd of an estimated 50,000 people.

Acts included Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Baby, Kehlani, A$AP Ferg, and Young Thug.
