The show recently made headlines for the $2.4 million sale of its mansion.

In the Netflix show, original Karate Kid Daniel – played by Ralph Macchio, 59 – upgraded from the dingy apartment complex featured in the earlier movies to a lavish mansion after he became the wealthy owner of a car dealership.

The Tuscan-style villa was originally listed for $2.65million last spring, and according to the listing on Realtor.com, the estate was also home to two U.S. presidents and golfing legend Arnold Palmer.
