Cheryl quips that she's 'perfectly balanced' atop an exercise ball as she teases an upcoming product

She is a keen advocate for health and fitness, as well as being a successful singer.

And Cheryl took to her Instagram story on Friday to showcase her ‘perfect balance’ while demonstrating a yoga technique.

Atop an exercise ball, the Girls Aloud songstress, 38, quipped: ‘Why am I wobbling? I’m all over the place!’

Dressed in comfortable teal loungewear for her yoga session, the pop star attempted to stay serious and at one point closed her eyes to meditate. 

But before long, she could no longer stifle the giggles, yet still maintained that all important balance while saying ‘perfectly balanced!’

Back in June, Cheryl took on the role of WeAreFeel ambassador and is the face of their brand.

By captioning the video ‘coming Monday’, followed by the nutrition brand’s Instagram handle, she was able to tease an upcoming product with her 3.5million followers. 

Of her work with the company, which specialises in vitamins, Cheryl said: ‘It can be challenging staying healthy in the constant physical but also mental “on” world we live in, and I am always looking for natural, effective ways to stay healthy.

‘Feel multivitamins are part of my daily ritual – I want to ensure that my body has consistent energy and nutrients it needs, particularly with such a busy lifestyle juggling motherhood and my career.’

Earlier this week, it was reported that Cheryl would be stepping back from performing commitments after being ‘hit hard’ by the death of her former Girls Aloud bandmate Sarah Harding.   

Sarah passed away on September 5 aged 39 from breast cancer and Cheryl has made no public appearances since, pulling out of a Birmingham Pride performance last month.

A source has since explained that Cheryl is ‘taking a little break to prioritise her wellbeing.’   

Speaking to Closer magazine the source said: ‘The shock and devastation have hit her so hard.   

‘She’s not in any mindset to think about performing so she’s taking a little break to prioritise her wellbeing.’ 

The source added: ‘Sarah’s death was announced by her mum on Instagram and Cheryl previously spoke of her grief as she paid tribute to her bandmate – who she had reconciled with in recent years.’
