Jono had previously visited Lauren, who has inked the likes of Miley Cyrus and Post Malone, to get a large black and white dragon stencil on his back.

‘Little wins along the way make it more enjoyable and will encourage you to keep going,’ says Jono.
The buff hunk, who runs Acero Gym in the Sydney suburb of Kensington, also urges people to start off their new year fitness journey slowly.
