She’s the WAG and former Ironwoman who proved how fit and mentally strong she is on SAS Australia last year.
And it appears Candice Warner has no plans to slow down as she was spotted getting in a gruelling beach work out in Sydney on Thursday.
The blonde beauty showed off her incredible figure in a black swimsuit as she undertook a series of rowing, running and swimming exercises during her beachside training session.

Fighting fit! Former SAS Australia star Candice Warner is known for her incredibly fit physique, but on Thursday she proved she no plans to slow down as she enjoyed a gruelling beach work out in Sydney
Later, the 35-year-old was seen sporting a pair of Nike bike shorts which aided her as she did sand sprints.
Meanwhile, Candice accessorised her look with a pair of sporty sunglasses and at times even a white sun visor hat.
During her intense workout, the athletic beauty showed off her toned arms as she carried row boats along the sand.
After the sweaty session though, she was all smiles as she walked along the beach.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia earlier this year, she revealed the secrets to her ripped physique.
The blonde bombshell and busy mother of three said that she eats clean and trains mean, but doesn’t mind having the odd sweet treat or glass of wine on occasion.
‘When it comes to eating, it’s all about a balance,’ Candice said in January.

‘I try to eat as cleanly and as healthy as I can, but I do have a sweet tooth. If the girls have a couple of little biscuits, I’ll share with them,’ she admitted.
‘If they’re having an ice cream on a hot summer’s day, I’ll have that. I do like to have a glass of wine with my husband. So everything in moderation. I’m not, “you can’t do this, can’t have that”. For myself, I can’t sustain it.’

Candice said that when it comes to exercising, she enjoys hitting the gym or going for a walk with a weighted vest on and loves the mental benefits of exercise.
‘Last year, I was focused on getting stronger and fitter for SAS Australia and now it’s just about maintaining the workload I did last year, so it’s about having fun training,’ Candice explained.
‘I’m doing a lot more walks, sometimes I’ll put a 10kg or 15kg weight vest on and go for a walk, or just training in the gym. For me, exercise is more what it does to me mentally than what it does physically.’
Candice says she clears her mind with exercise and feels like a ‘better mother and wife’ afterwards.
‘It’s my time away from the kids, I need that break, and it’s a time I don’t have my phone on me, it’s just me and my own thoughts and a lot of time it’s where I do my brainstorming and thinking as I’m not clouded and I can really just focus on what I need to,’ she refreshingly said.
‘Afterwards, I feel like I’m a better mum and wife… mentally I need it [exercise].’

Last year, Candice completed a stint on the gruelling military-style reality show, SAS Australia, and impressed fans with her efforts.
At the time, she told Daily Mail Australia it was ‘one of the best experiences of her life,’ despite it being both physically and mentally draining.
‘When I first signed up for SAS, I thought what a great challenge for me. And when I started training I thought all I wanted to do was inspire my kids and show them that anything is possibly and mummy is strong and all that stuff,’ she explained.
‘But it wasn’t until the show aired and the amount of support I got from men and women, not just from our country but other countries that viewed the show.
