She admitted her recovery from double jaw surgery had prevented her from dining out with friends.

But Brielle Biermann looked in high spirits as she enjoyed a lunch date with her mother Kim Zolciak on Tuesday.

The reality star, 24, put her svelte abs on full display while dining at the posh Beverly Hills restaurant Il Pastaio with her famous mom, 43, and several friends.

Brielle looked every inch the trendy twenty-something with a black crop top, sweats, with a pair of vibrant sneakers adding a splash of color.

She propped a pair of shades into her brunette tresses which cascaded past her chest in loose waves.

Injecting a touch of edge were her bold black, claw-like nails.

Mom Kim dressed in a similar fashion with a black T-shirt, high-waist trousers, and trainers.

The duo were joined by several friends including one who pulled Brielle in for a tight squeeze.

Over lunch, Brielle sipped some red wine as she sat with her pals al fresco.

In a candid post shared several weeks later, Brielle updated fans on her recovery process and admitted the toll recovering from surgery had had on her life.

Despite the ups and downs, she was optimistic she would be back to normal just in time to enjoy Thanksgiving.

‘Honestly… not eating solid foods, never knowing WHAT to eat, never feeling satisfied or full, not being able to go to dinners with friends (which really cut my social life in half) has been the hardest part of this surgery journey.

‘I never realized how that would end up affecting me… I was more concerned on the pain I was going to be in which was a breeze compared to how mentally tough you have to be. This s**t sucks for sure but I know it will all be worth it! I can hopefully eat normally by Thanksgiving which would be exactly 3 months & fully healed!’

Brielle also admitted it had taken her 40 minutes to finish breakfast that day – but even that was a good sign for her.

‘It took me 40 minutes to eat a pancake, eggs, & undercooked hash browns today… but that’s progress and I’m happy about them!’ 

Kim gave her daughter a special shout-out on Instagram, calling her ‘one of the strongest humans I’ve ever met!’, in a post shared after the procedure. 

‘My ride or die @briellebiermann these last 3 weeks I have seen one of the strongest humans I’ve ever met! I raised her!! I couldn’t be more proud proud!’ she gushed.
