When opening up to Express.co.uk, Kelly talked of how she could see a change in herself looking back at the early episodes of Bling Empire.
She explained: “I think in season one, the audience saw a side to me, it was me but it wasn’t the best version of me.
“After season one finished, I was very open about my self-discovery, self-love, mental health journey.
“So going into series three, I feel more myself and more at peace with myself and more confident and empowered.”
