Australian Ninja Warrior host Rebecca Maddern, 44, reveals the secret behind her incredible physique and youthful visage
Rebecca Maddern has enviably youthful looks and a figure that turns heads.
And the Australian Ninja Warrior, 44, has revealed that staying young is a state of mind – but her love of running helps, too.
Speaking to Stellar Magazine on Saturday, the TV star says she tries to go for five kilometre runs three times a week.

‘It just gives me an hour to myself,’ she told the publication. ‘At the start it was so slow and I was terrible; it was agony and it was really hard.
‘But with perseverance and persistence, it paid off. I got to my goal of running a comfortable 5km and once I got into the groove’.
Rebecca says that she avoids strict diets, but will hold back if she has an event coming up.

‘I go through phases. I’m not going to lie, if I’ve got an event, I might do a few extra gym classes or lay off the carbs six weeks before I’ve got to get into a boned-corset dress,’ she added.
The television host has barely aged a day since she appeared on Channel Seven television reporter in the mid 2000s.
She thanks her good attitude, and looking after herself, for her youthful looks.

‘But honestly, I’ve never felt better. I don’t think that’s luck. I look after myself but it does pay off and it’s well worth doing it.’
In 2017, she joined Bed Fordham as the official co-host of Australian Ninja Warrior.
Rebecca married creative director Trent Miller in 2014, and they welcomed daughter Ruby in 2018.
