Alexandre Lacazette wants to leave Arsenal at the end of his contract according to reports. The Frenchman’s deal with the Gunners comes to an end next summer.

Lacazette was Arsenal’s top goalscorer in the Premier League last season as he struck 13 times in 31 games.

But he was in and out of the side during the campaign and had to settle for a place on the bench in some games.

The 30-year-old missed the start of this season after going down with COVID-19 but returned to the squad for Arsenal’s 5-0 humbling by Manchester City on Saturday.

Lacazette came off the bench for the last half an hour of that match but couldn’t help Arsenal find their first league goal of the season.

The striker has been linked with a move away from north London and was reportedly put up for sale for £15million earlier this summer.

And, according to football.london, Lacazette has no plans to extend his Arsenal stay when his contract expires next summer.
