Beach volleyball is not only a great source of fun, it’s also used by people like Alessandra Ambrosio as a means of helping bring friends, family, and fellow sports enthusiasts together.
And with the longtime supermodel having made it part of her workout regimen many years ago, the results of all her hard work and fun in the sun are indisputable.
On Sunday, the Brazilian-born starlet put those results on display when she hit the beach near her home in Santa Monica for some beach volleyball with friend dressed in a neon green bikini.
Boyfriend Richard Lee was among the other players also on hand to show off their volleyball skills, all while packing on the PDA with his ladylove during breaks.

During the day, Ambrosio and Lee would take periodic timeouts, and would pack on the PDA with a kiss or loving touch or two.
They also heaped on the PDA when all the players took breaks from the action to relax back on a towel on the sand or a lounge chair.

For the clip, Ambrosio slipped into a red bikini, and was seen snacking on a slice of watermelon.
There’s little doubt that the bikinis she wore on Sunday were from the Gal Floripa swimsuit line she started with her younger sister, Aline, and best friend Gisele Cória.

‘We work with local women [in Brazil] and produce everything locally,’ she revealed during a cover story interview with Hamptons in June.
‘It’s a great project. We’re super close. We all kind of have the same vision, which complements each other,’ she added.
When it comes to picking out the right swimsuit for a given situation, Ambrosio shared that she’s all about comfort and practicality.
‘For me, I love going to the beach and playing volleyball. And I have my kids always with me— so I want something practical, something that doesn’t fall off or show anything. Find something that you feel comfortable in, that you can move around in.’
To help sculpt her fab figure, the former catwalk queen also incorporates private training sessions with a trainer, Pilates, hikes, and walks along the beach to her workout routine.
